Have EVERY SINGLE transformer ever released? Is it possible? And does anyone on this site own em all? Even Lucky Draw's and all that? ANYONE?

    It could happen.

Wow, I think I would almost feel bad if someone did. Think about the storage. I mean I have a good chunk of Transformers, well over 1100 and I have issues with where to put them all. Will be interesting to see if someone does though.

If there was any collection where that may be possible on this board, it's DJ Soundwave, and I have no idea how many Japanese only releases he has.

But the size of his collection is insanely huge.

I know of someone that has 65% of the G1 line and this is including all of the variants and international figures. I do not know how he does it because they are all MISB. Another person that I know had to store all of his figures in 3 rooms and the garage.

For US G1 I have the complete set through series 4, plus Japanese Raiden, soundblaster and twincast to round out what was avaliable in japan at the time. After that I would say I have most of what I personally thought was good. I don't have any pretenders because I didnt like them. I would say I have about 80% of US G1.

Even he is a long way off of the impossible goal of 'all'. I know he's got about no Mini-Cons or modern Japanese exclusives.

Transfan2 is likely one person who is truely even 'close' to the goal of all.

The Hartmans were close before they sold their collection. With Armada and Energon, it just got too much to keep up, I understand.

I think guys like Dragonclaw are pretty close, though I don't think they are that close to it. I've got a lot of them, though. Missing huge chunks of Generation 2, missing parts for a lot of G1, have next to none of the repaints for newer lines like the Movie when everything started getting two or three decos and variations. I generally get one and that is it.

But I have most of the molds.

    And incredible storage problems.

DJ Soundwave claims to have every american made transformer figure, but he still misses some japanese figures.

It is possible, but very unlikely.

It is very unlikely. Especially with all the lucky draw Transformers that were only released as contest giveaways. It's possible that Takara or Hasbro could have a facility containing one of each toy they've ever made. That would be a cool place to visit!

The problem is how do you define complete. Do you define armade and micron legend as two different lines. Some sof the figures are exactly the same and others completely different. I dont even think we could agree how many transformers there are
