like the title says. I've had this random image on my computer for ages and I was wondering if anyone knew what movie (or series perhaps) this might be from.
Or if anyone just knows who the dude is, that'd be helpful too.

You have to admit, the way that he played this role made him perfect for Deadpool.

Man, we need a Deadpool movie. Maybe then I could finally find a goddamn Deadpool figure in stores. Toybiz, Hasbro, Minimates, any Deadpool figure is always impossible to find. It's like false hope. He's such an underrated character and it seems just about everyone loves him.
