Hi everyone,

I was transforming my Alt. Mirage recently and discovered that one of the pegs on the rear panel covering the engine had broken. Since that part is attached by screws, I was wondering if there might be a kitbasher out there with that back panel as a spare part that I might be able to purchase. I could probably glue the post back on, but I'm thinking that it would be prone to breakage and I'd rather replace the part if possible.

If nobody has a spare of that part, how about a loose figure for a low price?

Would it be better to post this in a different forum, such as Junkion Exchange? I thought kitbashers would be most likely to have Alt. parts so I posted here first.

 

Well perhaps the junkion would help, if you were looking for parts and you posted here it would most likely be if you were looking for custom made parts. Now, you could also just pick up a lose mirage for a fairly cheap price, just post youre ad in the wanted ads section ^^

you could try sending Hasbro Customer service a parts request.

 

I just requested parts in the junkion last week, and I've already gotten the ones I want. good luck. *punt*

 

If I did that, I'd probably get their stock answer which is that if you send in the damaged item, they will send you a replacement. The catch is if it's out of production, they'll send a completely different figure back to you.
