I am considering getting Ultimate Bumblebee but with him being 14" tall kind of sets me back. I want to place him on my shelf with my MPs but I really don't want anything towering over them especially someone who is a much smaller bot. It just kind of bothers me and that is what is making me second guess getting Ultimate Bumblebee. Dose anyone here feel the same way that some bots just should'nt be standing taller than your MPs?

its a little creepy that ultimate bumblebee is. i really don't know the answer to your question coz I have no plans on getting it. Better wait for a Masterpiece G1 Bumblebee.

I am going to display him separately...

Everyone is different, and our display habits change with time...but the aesthetics between Ultimate Bumblebee and the Masterpiece figures is very different. They weren't designed to be inter-mingled.

If you put them together, thats cool, and it will look out of place to some...

The only reason he stands taller is that he is not a MP figure designed for a collector. Its designed for kids with parents that can afford such a toy. Its a multifunction children's toy that can also serve collectors...not like the MPs.

I might get him. not any time soon, because I'm not paying that much money for something that has such a shit transformation, but his largeness is tempting.

I hope people just mistransform his chest like they were with the concept camaro bumblebee, and that it actually can transform to resemble the 10 dollar toy's body.

Yeah, it might be hard, but I'll just keep him on my desk for a while. Just 4 parts and he's a dangle former?

I'm passing up on him...he's simply too tall for me to fit in with my MP collection.

Espescially at the price, I have no interest in Ultimate Bumblebee.

The transformation is a huge letdown, the electronics are stupid and unnecessary (just add to the price), it's ugly.

Only real thing going for it is..it's a nice big figure, but again that does not justify a purchase on him for me.

He'll be on clearance. This thing is not going to move at this price. If you really like it, wait a few months.

I guess I'm in the minority here. I'll definetly be buying one. Scale has never really bothered me.

It's hilarious that people are basing their purchases on scale.

I take it you never held a real Roadbot to type something like that.

I bought the EVO Lancer Road Bot at BotCon for $20. And we were able to check out the Ultimate Bumblebee on the Hasbro tour. I stand by my statement.

Geez, f*$king Roadbot Bumblebee can probably pose with Unicron now.

That little guy has sure grown since his day. I mean good Lord

Still I can't deny that the figure looks awesome and will be hella cool posing that vehicle mode

I don't see what the appeal is to him anymore. With Dlx Concept BB, you get the same character, only more poseable, better looking, more porportionate, not a part former, way more accurate, cheaper and smaller. I guess people just love dancing Robots.

However, me being rich and loveing Bumblebee, I'll get him anyway.
