    Does anyone else here remember taking apart their G1 toys' weapon launchers just to replace the totally weak springs with the springs from ball-point pens?:crazy: 

    I remember being able to shoot Devastator's fists across the room with some nasty velocity.:ev: 

    Ahh, the good old days.

    Yeah, I've done that with a couple blasters. But have you seen those atacktix guns? WOW! All you gotta do is rip them out of the figure's hand and put the gun in a regular size hand! Most fit. Try it!

    yeah i did that with almost all my launchers:lolol  .. Then i discovered why they were only suppose to shoot like 6 inches , i shot my buddy in the eye during the battle to take over the room .. ahh good memories lol .. He had to wear a patch for like 2 weeks :rolleyes:

    The one thing I remember doing this with was Techno Zoids Iron Kong.

    His launcher didn't come with any spring at all, but I put one in, I think it came from a ball point pen. That thing could really fire!

    I did the samething for my Classic Bumblebee cause he has no gun :)
