I was sitting here lookin at my TF collection and it got me thinking. I can't believe that kids actually play with these. They truly are pieces of artwork. The sheer desgn, engineering, sculpting, molding, and paints used are amazing.

Does anyone else feel the same way? Also, to take something so great looking and engineer it to transform into something else is amazing.

I believe that if a TF was to survive a few hundred years from now it would be treated like a piece of artwork the same way basic things from a few hundred (and thousand) years ago are today. It's like things you see behind glass in museums today: "And this is a spoon the Incas used." or "This is a straw doll a Mayan child used to play with."

The same could be said about TFs or any action figures for that matter because they truly are works of art put out by the sculptors and designers.
