TRU and some Walmart's are getting them in now, Target is starting to do the grand reset, so TF Prime should be on shelves either tomorrow or Wed depending on City and State

There is no street date. Some retailers are holding them for resets, which happen at arbitrary times during arbitrary weeks depending on the retailer and the individual store. Some stores will sell product before it has been put on the shelf for a planogram, others won't, ymmv.

As people have pointed out. The TF Prime RiD line is already out in retail.

With the exception of the debut of movie toys, TF's are released when ever the retailers get them. Hasbro gives estimated release dates, but most of the time stores have them earlier.

Been out for over a month, OP. If they're not available where you are, you've got lazy stores.

Actually a lot of times Target release stuff 1st way before estimate release dates given by Hasbro. Sometimes different waves are released a day or two apart.

There is no street date. As stated earlier, most stores are waiting to do resets before putting out Prime cases.

Most stores should've done it by now to get Avengers figures up on the pegs as the street date for those was yesterday. All up to the store though. Best if you get the DCPI and just ask. Target's system lets you type in the DCPI and even see if they're in backstock, from just the price scanners.

It helps that the prime toys don't have the big orange "do not put on shelf until X date" label on the cases like any of the Hasbro movie toys have.
