    This was hand drawn over a period of years by a fan, they used to have a lot of in progress videos. I believe he is now Working for the BBC rumored to be helping to animate some of the lost episodes.

    Fanmade, though that makes it even MORE amazing to me. There were official flash animations of the Dr. Who "Shayla"(?) Radio Show by BBC, but that was a long time ago and they weren't spectacular.
