Given the numerous repaints of the Crossovers line for Iron Man 2, I'm sort of hoping that we'll see a repaint or remold for Captain America or Thor given they have movies coming out this summer. Thor, especially, could use a new paint job. Wishful thinking or actual possibility?
I think we would have seen them at 2011 Toyfaire if Hasbro was going to release them. It makes the most sense to put them out in stores when the movies hit the theaters. But it is still possible; they might have some info at Botcon.
I can't recall, were the Iron Man 2 Crossovers shown at the 2010 Toy Fair? I don't recall hearing ANYTHING about them until the preorders popped up for their fall release. But that still raised the point that the IM2 Crossovers appeared in the fall, months AFTER the movie hit theatres, so I think there is POTENTIAL for them (especially with the core Marvel Crossovers apparently wrapping up), but I really haven't seen the kind of hype for those two films as I saw with IM2. I'm not expecting them, but seeing them wouldn't surprise me either. I think next year's Spider-Man film is more apt to get some redeco'd Crossovers, though.
