So, I unexpectedly picked up TRU exclusive MP Thundercracker today, he is simply AMAZING. So now I want the other 2 seekers in this mold, but I don't want to pay import for Takara MP-11, and I want the display stands.

So what do you guys think, will we get more MP Seekers from Hasbro?

I hope so, at least Starscream. Rumor has it we won't see skywarp. As dumb as that sounds, I wouldn't put it past Hasbro since the last one didn't sell well. That probably had more to do with it being a bad mold rather than an unpopular character.

I think Hasbro may give us Starscream but for SW it could go either way.

I'll get Skywarp whether Hasbro or Takara makes him. I need my MP Seekers to be complete.

I hope they come out with a new Starscream because I missed him the first time around.

Then I'd love to see the coneheads to really complete the Seekers.

I think they should move on from the seekers. I'd like them to do Jetfire.

We already got Starscream and Skywarp. Sure it's the first mold, but it's not like it's a bad mold or anything. Still representative of the characters.

Let's move onto characters we don't have instead of retreading the past ones. Optimus doesn't count, of course, because they'll milk him like a cow.

I'm surprised we didn't get MP BB yet...

Starscream would be the more likely option as Skywarp was only just over-ordered by Walmart 2 years ago.

Starscream was over-ordered by Walmart 5 years ago.

Maybe Starscream. But I'd like to see more than seeker after seeker. Now they got Soundwave, and the lambos to give us.

I could see Hasbro releasing Starscream with the MP-11 mold. Starscream is one of the most popular Decepticon characters that features in almost every TF series. Since the current series, Prime, has a Starscream I wouldn't be surprised if they did.

However, considering the stories I read about the MP-3 Walmart Starscream shelfwarming and eventually clearancing for cheap, I don't know how likely it will be.

Skywarp...not a chance in hell, i'd think. Not a popular of well-known character and the previous version sold even worse than Starscream.

Starscream shelfwarm? I never saw him at any of the 3 Wal-Marts around me. I had to get him online. I stalked two of them regularly, too...

Whats different of Thundercracker's mold with the previous SS or SW?
Perhaps they should do the Coneheads. Or better yet... the Aerialbots

Assuming the MP line continues to grow and we get 2-3 a year, eventually they'll put them out just to make more money on the mold. Look how well TC has sold at TRU and he's just as big a character in G1 as skywarp was.

Skywarp didn't sell well at Walmart because he was massively over ordered. TRU is doing it right, business wise, and I can't see why they woudln't eventually put out screamer and skywarp if they know they can make money off it.

I could see an MP-11 mold Starscream being done eventually but probably not until after we get Soundwave and maybe a couple of other things. And, by the time that happens, there will probably be a new MP Seeker mold, so everyone will think MP-11 is a piece of crap and no one will want it.

Seriously? Damn. When MP Starscream came out, I was close to three Wal-Marts; only one actually got the figure in (~10 of them) and they were all gone the next weekend.

I just ordered Hasbro MP Thundercracker a little while ago. I've been waiting for Hasbro's version like I did for Starscream and Skywarp (I didn't like the Takara version of Screamer I bought when it first came out and passed on the Takara version of Skywarp because of that). I've been away from keeping up on Transformers for a few months, so when I checked in this morning, I see that Toys R Us had Hasbro Thundercracker, so I ordered it online since no stores in my area had it (free shipping, so I'm good).

Funny thing is, this will be my first Thundercracker. I'm a Geewuner. G1 for life. Collected Transformers when they first came out under Hasbro in 1984. I had all of the Season One Decepticons with the exception of Thundercracker and Reflector (and since back in the day Reflector was a mail away figure, I don't count that). Matter of fact, the first two Transformer toys I ever had were Starscream and Skywarp. My folks took me to Toys R Us one day as a surprise and told me I could either get two Transformers at one price range (Starscream and Skywarp) or one a another (Optimus Prime). I chose to get two, so Screamer and Skywarp became my gateway drug into the Transformers Universe (I got Prime later that year for Christmas).

Now, my G1 Seeker army will finally be complete.
