lmao i know this a stupid question in many ways but do you think out there in the deep universe a race of alternating robots lurks?

I mean, our universe is huge. You never know!

    1. The "lmao" at the start of your post is not needed.

    2. Yes. Maybe not as we perceive them but yes, it's possible in the sense that the Universe is so huge that the numbers say it's possible.

    3. There was a great post here one day essentially detailing how a race of transforming robots landed on our planet in the early 80s and to cover up their existence Hasbro put out a cartoon and a toy line based on their likenesses. I imagine it was done to ensure that any sightings were merely thought of as publicity stunts or something.

Well, who knows there could be a Cybertron. Considering them being robots in disguise, for all we know they came to Earth and were used in the film by being filmed on Green screen then added later.
I think a big question is, do you want them to come to Earth?
Cool stuff for fans vs millions dying in war.

No. lol. At least not like what it is in the show/movies. But something can techincally be a transformer as a biological creature to transform and hide from prey. Hell we have things like that on earth. But no, cars and protoforms and machines. no.

Nothing should be ruled out, though it's quite unlikely.

I'm no mathematician but the probability of a planet of warring sentient robots that transform and have divided themselves into different factions, while humans have made toys, movies and other stuff to make a profit existing is pretty slim.

Yes. the chances are 50/50, but it's still very possible considering how big the universe is.

As big as the universe is, and with the possibility of multi-verse, why not?

In an infinite Universe (assuming the Universe IS infinite) every possible combination and configuration of particles will be found at some place at some time.

This means there are nigh-infinite Earths with nigh-infinite dopplegangers of each of us with slight variatons (alternate you #172839383673.22 has one of his eyelashes slightly out of position right now).

All that without even NEEDING alternate Universes or Dimensions (which might also exist).

So, it's kind of likely that there are a few nigh-infinite versions of Cybertron out there, including nigh-infinite versions of each known continuity, including nigh-infinite variations of each of us on an Earth where they invade.

Or not, depending on which physics school of thought you want to buy into.

A race of sentient robots somewhere out there in the vastness of space seems possible. If intelligent life isn't confined to our little mud ball then it's possible that other forms of life came to the idea of intelligent machines. If those machines could think on their own and reproduce then there is no telling where their evolution might take them.

Transforming into things like cars though seems highly unlikely because there isn't a huge advantage to it. It just adds levels of complexity without a huge pay off so it seems unlikely for robot evolution to move in that direction.

As theyve been shown in various media? ahahahahah no.

Maybe there'd be something similar, but I doubt it.
