what the title says.
I think there is a pretty damn good chance, but who really knows. If it is in the $25-$30 range like last year's club figure was, it will definately be worth picking up a couple extra just incase. Probably take FP a few months after its release to do all the color matching, etc. I am definately in the hopefull camp. Hell, I hope we get one that matches the new 2/3 pack Rodi better, can never have too many in my army of rodimus. Would love to have some variations so that they can be displayed in RV mode in the Classics display.
I think he will be more than dion. dion was made by one of the crappiest classics figures. rodimus is one of the most expensive figures from the classics. side burn should be more in resale but not as much as shattered glass.
Something like this would make a hell of a TFcon exclusive...
I'm also wondering if they'll release one in the Battle and Challenge box set colours.
Given the amount of Commander armor releases, I think both are very possible.
There is no reasons for TFCC Sideburn to get the armor. That said i am hopeful and would probably get it.
I hope it's not an exclusive to any convention unless there is a non-attendee package.
That would be awesome I definitely plan on buy like 2 more sideburns. Does anyone know when they start selling them on the shop?
I think my Sideburn will go armorless.
there was a photo shoped image floating around the forums bout a month or so ago that would be tits if they used it...always ways wanted to use tits in a sentence..lol ..but hell to the f**k ya i hope they make one..no purpose other than the fans want it..but who the hell cares it would sell like water in hell thats ice cold.....
You're not alone, mate.
I hope someone makes him a new head or something...
Does anyone think the old R.I.D Sideburn head will fit on him? Anyone feel brave enough to try it on there Classic Roddy who has the necessary figures?
I think "never say never" fits well here, but it's a tough call. You can't guarantee that there's a market for an add-on for an already Limited Run Exclusive. And there isn't anything fiction-wise to support it (yet, at least). There's no sensible need for it.
TFCon's Commander set was a Diaclone homage, as naturally was the DIA set. Shadow Commander was produced for a figure that honestly didn't have that limited of a run, despite being an exclusive. And finally Shadow Scyther fits a popular sub-line in Shattered Glass, and also fits the bill when it comes to fiction, as it could easily be worked in as Shattered Glass Rodimus Prime.
I don't see a whole lot of options for Sideburn.
I think its almost a guarantee that they will make it.
I mean come on, molds are expensive to make!
I don't see a need to have a Sideburnimus Prime.
I think they should. IMO I think it's a better pick than SG Rodimus
I'm not going to be disappointed if FP doesn't make one, but I would support it if there was one.
I'm in the opposite camp.
I do not see my want/need to get a bulked up Sideburn.
But CLEAR Protector (done in Henkei Sons of Cybertron fashion) will be... *speechless!*
