I'm a fan, but I prefer Movie 1 style to the ROTF line. Movie 1 had Revoltech style joints. ROTF has no interchangeable weapons, and less articulatable joints...

They look pretty cool, but I don't have much interest in non-transforming transformers...

I keep looking, and I keep putting them back on the pegs. I can appreciate a good action figure, but the RR figures have the detail too 'soft' looking relative to the average transforming toy for me.

Most of the second movie ones are alright, but the first ones blew. Jetfire, Starscream and Ratchet are some deffinite good ones.

Don't have one, never plan to have one. They're today's Actionmaster option, which works for some people, but I just don't care for them.

But why are these topics always 'hate or like'? Where's 'love and dislike'?

They're alright if you're an action figure person. Personally, I buy Transformers that transform (even if I display almost everything in robot mode).

While they're a good idea in theory, my problem is the poor exicuation. Most of them are undetailed, and just overall poor quality. Half of them don't have proper weapons either.

Eh, I bought the six from the first movie because there was nothing else on shelves. I've never even put them out on display. To each their own I just found them pretty lame. Positive points are they definitely are highly detailed and look like the robot n the movie screen for the most part. Outsde of Robot Heroes (which I still don't understand why I strangely love them) I like my TFs to Transform.

I've got Starscream and like him pretty well (except the random shortage of fingers on his right hand). The only other two that have any appeal to me are Megatron and The Fallen, but I doubt I'll pick them up. They are on clearance at a local Target, though, so I may bite.

I voted for "they're ok". I only have one Robot Replicas figure, ROTF BB. While I like the figure, IMO, it's not that movie accurate, for example, no Autobot logo on the forehead, no plate number on the crotch. These are present in the Deluxe versions, as well as the HA version. Heck, even the ROTF Legends figures have the Autobot logo on their foreheads.

I also plan to get TFTM Robot Replicas BB, not that it is a must-have figure, rather just because I like it a bit and I'm an aspiring completist.

They're okay. I understand that some people prefer the accurate sculpts, but Transformers that just can't transform don't do it for me.

However, I was *this close to buying a Jetfire. Put it down after I found a Legends Jetfire...yes, I would rather buy a worse mold just so it could transform.

The biggest problem for me, however, is the price. These things are more expensive than deluxes sometimes, and I can't justify spending on that. If they were say, $9.99, I might consider.

I got Jetfire for xmas from a cute girl, so I like that one. But I'd never buy non-transforming Transformers for myself.

They're okay. I'm not a completist with them, but I see them as modern day Action Masters, but not nearly as cool as Revoltech.

My thoughts exactly, I have a strange love for RHs, and for some reason Mighty Muggs misb. I can't get into the Robot Replicas, even though a lot of them look pretty decent. I also can't get into activators, bumper battlers, movie legends, gravity bots, or most things smaller than Deluxes (atleast as far as movie bots go). But it is nice to have a variety for everyone. Would sure hurt the wallet to be a completionist with all this movie stuff out there.
