    The TFA Megs character has quickly become my favorite Megs since BW/BM.

    Recently had a chance to mess around with the toy, and I find him far too simplistic for his size class. Love the swords, though.

    Classics Megs was my fav until Animated Megs came along...Animated Megs is one of if not the best Megs figure I have ever seen!

    Anyhow, I broke down today and bought it at TRU for $39.99, after seeing that target rose its price to $44.77, so i bit the bullet, and I'm glad I did, i loved it before, but now that i have it, he's my favorite..probably more so than Animated Starscream (Voyager)...maybe not; but still super cool.

    I love him! He's the best looking Megatron I know, has a kick-ass alt mode, can say phrases (although he sounds more maniacal than he does in the cartoon :p )..I don't care if his transformation is simplistic, he rules!

    I like Animated Leader Megatron alot. But I don't care for his cybertron mode.

    Yes, very much so. It is a great figure. I even like the Shade Blade repaint.

    Cybertron Mode??? His Alt. Mode is a Helicopter. If your talking about his Voyager mode then I understand.

    I like it for the most part, but I'd gladly trade in the fancy electronic stuff for some waist articulation.

    Yea.. its a good figure. But I thinks its a bit to big and expensive given his simple transformation.

    I know animated is all about simple transformations ..but.. still

    Here is a real question :

    Why does Sentinel prime have such a small toy ?

    His transformation is certainly more complex than that of optimus and megatron. And besides that, he is supposed to be taller than Optimus.

    I like him but there are a few things I dislike about him.
    I think the legs are sculpted badely, they look like he wants to go and have a pee and I dislike that his arms won't lock into his torso.
    But his laugh: FTW!

    I love the figure, just wish that Shadow Blade Leader Megatron had come out here. I don't think it is in scale with any other figure though (except maybe voyager Optimus).

    If you live in Australia and like Animated Leader Megatron, Kmart are clearing it at A$35 (down from A$89). It's a bit hard to find but I just picked up another one yesterday. Here is a good tip: David Jones still have plenty but their price is A$99, they do however price match any competitor. Just get them to match Kmart.
