Question is, do you collect video game systems like you do Transformers? I used too...but while planning the layout of my game room in my house that is being built I came to the conclusion that some of the systems just sit there...never played b/c I had so many different systems and games. I used to dream of owning every home console system and at one point came very close to achieving that...but every so often reality would open my eyes and I'd realize that only a few of the systems would ever receive actual use. That said, as soon as I'm in my new house and can unpack everything I'll be letting go of some great systems...some that I may one day look back and regret the decision...even though I know I never played them. I used to be really big on the import game scene and since most of those items are collectible & hard to find I'm hoping that those items will bring in enough $$ to cover my cost of the 360 Elite I bought on Sunday. This isn't a sale thread, but I will be letting my boxed Japanese PC Engine Duo w/ Dracula X go, as well as my Sega Genesis CDX system, Datel Pro-CDX cartridge (for import Mega CD games) and a slew of games for both systems. I also think that it's time for the Atari 7800 to go. I love retro, but with emulation discs for my Dreamcast and all of the compliation collections now available for current systems...it's expendable. So, what systems do you own/collect that you never play?
