does any one carry a specific figure with them everytime they go somewhere (i.e. work, vacation, school). either because you like it so much or as a token for good luck.

I have a few times. Usually when I get a new figure and I'm still really enjoying fiddling around with it.

Sometimes I bring actual toys to work, but I always have my four movie keychains on my backpack. I walk to work, so I'm always showing transformers some love.

I used to have the G1 keychains hanging from the mirror in my car, until I got worried that the heat would melt the tires. Never been too much for taking them along with me.

    Um....Work/School? No, not really.

Vacation, though, I may bring Classics Megs and Prime with me to mess with if I get bored.

Thus far, no...starting my pediatrics residency though, I imagine I'll bring some small ones to clinic to entertain the kiddos.

When I was younger I did. But most of the times it was just in the car, where I left them when I went into places.

Word. Picking up the fly honeys whilst wearing a T-shirt with a flashing Autobot symbol is one thing. Explaining why Optimus Prime just fell out of my back pocket might be a little trickier.

I have a shelf full of TF's here at work >.>
But other than that, I don't carry any with me. Ok, rarely I'll put something small like a Legends or Micromaster in my pocket, but thats very rare.

My work shelf contains all 4 Mighty Muggs (Still need Grimmy and Staracream), and all of the G1 Universe Legends, with the exception of Bumblebee, Beachcomber, Brawn, and Cliffjumper. I have BC, Brawn, and CJ in the mail, now all I need is to find a $%^& Bumblebee! I swear that that wave of figures is the rarest of all the mass released waves of any series in the last 5 years!

My co-workers play with my TF's more than I do at work XD
Everybody loves it. And I have gotten other people to display toys as well! My one co-worker, inspired by my toy collection, started bringing his Hockey Player figures to work. Sure, it's not as nerdy as TF's, but it's still nerdy in it's own way ;)

sometimes I bring a few of my toys to work to fiddle around with. my job is really boring and work runs out fast, so I have a lot of free time, and tf's help keep me from getting bored.
I NEVER leave them at work though. The last thing I want happening is for some toys to go missing cause someone gets some sticky fingers.

I'd prefer not to risk my TFs being lost or stolen or broken somehow.
Is that an Omega Supreme in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?

    ...

    Oh, it's an Omega Supreme.

    ...

Well, I suppose that's cool too...

Always a step ahead Sledge with the response. That was gonna be mine as well (well close to that). Your freddy mercury look-alike avatar adds to the hilarity of your post. I almost lol'd, but not quite.

When I was like 7 I used to carry around G2 Seaspray and Eagle Eye pretty much everywhere. When I was in 6th grade I used to bring my Beast Wars figures to my dad's auto garage...then his sole employee stole them and sold them at a garage sale. I thought I had misplaced them, and this guy told me he never saw me bring them in that day. A few years later, after my dad had fired him, he casually came clean. What a dick.

Nowadays, no. At my last job I had Heroes of Cybertron PVC Megs, Prime, and Soundwave on my desk, as well as a framed Megs litho from the Rhino G1 S2 V1 DVD set. Now I'm unemployed, so I spend plenty of quality time with my toys.
