    Folks, for the uninitiated, what is this 'Star Saber' of which everyone speaks? Is there a resource where I can learn more about it?

    All depends of the series it was in, in Armada it was a bmf sword made of minicons

    This one doesn't look to be made of minicons... at least as far as I can tell- not big enough. In fact it appears on par with Dreadwing's sword and is probably the same CGI asset just with some funky light show aspects thrown in.

    The minicons are not in prime, so therefore it can not be made out of them. :)

    We don't know all the 13 relics yet though. Nobody read the Hasbro bible.

    As far as we know it could be Alchemist Prime's .... alchemy sword.

    That alchemies when you use it.

    Laserbeak is technically a Minicon in this Continuity, as are the rest of Soundwave's Deployers



    I certainly want the Star Saber. And in this continuity, it is not made of Minicons.

    I want to see, the Star Saber. My childhood is Armada, I'd love to see one thing from it appear here in the modern age of TF.

    Also, yes, I'm hoping the seriously energony-glowing sword that Optimus is swinging around is the Star Saber....IF it can still destroy stars/planets, etc..it better be wilded by Optimus...not Megs. :eek: 

    I'm hoping they use the references/background from the novel, Exiles, for TFP...but something close would work too....
