Depends on which Triple Changer toys you're looking for. If you want the original G1 figures, chances are you're going to have to look on eBay for them. Big Bad Toy Store might have some vintage, albeit second-hand, G1 figures, but otherwise eBay is the likely place to find them. If you want the Classics/Henkei/Universe Astrotrain and Tankor/Octane, you should still be able to find them online at retailers like TF-Source and Big Bad Toy Store, as well as eBay.
you just gotta know what figures are tripplechangers then go looking for them. off the top of my head you can add to the list: G1 Scorponok Energon & Cybertron Scorponok BotCon Double Punch and sixshot wasn't really a triple changer but it's kind of along the same line, he had 6 modes
I neer looked for one before, so I was a bit surprised to find it on Wikipedia, but here's a list of triple changers from across most of the US lines Triple Changer - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia They don't seem to have Perceptor on there, but he does have a highly unpublicized "tank mode" that was printed in at least some of the instruction scans that I've seen.
