My apologies if this thread is in the wrong place.

My question is - Do Repro labels reduce a Transformers value?

I've got a few G1 Headmasters and Targetmasters to get rid of. All near mint and most with Reprolabels applied. Does having Repro labels make them worth less or do collectors really mind?

On a side note does anyone know the going price of the following Transformers? All complete, near mint but as mentioned with Repro labels.

    Hardhead
    Brainstorm
    Highbrow (original stickers)
    Skullcruncher
    Snapdragon
    Apeface
    Scorponok
    Triggerhappy
    Doublecross
Grotusque (Original stickers - unapplied and box - no insert)

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks.

I'd say it depends on who's buying them. Personally, I prefer nice repro stickers over worn vintage ones.

Reprolabels are just as good as new vintage stickers, and thus increase the value of the toy, IMO. My G1 Cyclonus looked awful before I reprolabeled him and now he looks brand new.

As for prices, here's what I've been seeing on the 'Bay as of late:

    Hardhead ~$65
    Brainstorm ~$50
    Highbrow (original stickers) ~$100
    Skullcruncher ~$75
    Snapdragon ~$45-$60
    Apeface ~$50-$65
    Scorponok ~$180-$300
    Triggerhappy ~$90
Doublecross ~$50 (with a decent flint)
Grotusque (Original stickers - unapplied and box - no insert) ~$90 (with a decent flint)

I just recently purchased a Hardhead and a Skullcruncher and the above prices are what I paid. Of course, the prices may vary depending on completenss and condition.

My understanding is that some collectors might prefer reprolabels to be on the toy because that way the original sticker sheet can potentially be intact.
