    Yes..
Had a guy up in Canada sell me a G1 scourge booklet advertised as a repro.
But, to be honest, I can't tell the difference.

    Ebay:
I got repro booklets from Ebay for my Dinobots, and some of the 84 cars.

    Ebay:
the repro instructions usually come with the high-quality G1 bootlegs.
Fort Max was never bootlegged, so its unlikely anybody would have
bothered to make repros of the instructions simply because there's
little to no profit in doing so.

I'm going to have to disagree here. Last year, I've seen one particular seller auction off like 6 or 7 Fort Max booklets in a row. The only conclusion I could come up with was that he was reproing them. MrClean, I'd check that guy's feedback history or do a search on past auctions to see if this is the guy's first... But frankly, that pic looks like a stock photo and I'm pretty sure I've seen it before; and to top it off, the guy has a 95.7% feedback score. I would never buy anything from this guy as I never deal with sellers that have less than 98.

I've been watching that guys Fort Max auctions for months now; he's sold 10-20 of them. Like a lot bootleg sellers trying to hide this fact, he makes his auctions private which hides quantities and the ability to inform buyers after they've left feedback. Considering his selling method and quantity I'm going with bootleg.

Also, many accessories, stickers and instructions for figures that haven't been released exist. For example, Scorponok instructions and Fast Track guns were spilling out of China when these Fort Max instructions first showed up nearly 2 years ago. Menasor instructions, swords and guns usually sold by sellers (or the same guy with multiple accounts) out of Ontario, Canada still regularly show up on eBay.

Thanks guys. I'm curious, what is the going price range for an authentic set of vintage Fort Max instructions? I saw one recently end for around $70+ this week. Is this accurate? Or did bidders get caught up in a crazy bidding war?

Around $50 is common, IIRC. Mine got up to $47 back in April.
