DLC characters hackable on PC version?

    And if so, would that information eventually be posted here, or would TFW2005 frown on that for some reason?

    It's possible for any that pre-exist in the game. Not so much for any completely new DLC.

    Considering how the game works though to let you see the models another is using even if you don't have it though, chances are it should be possible. Now whether TFW2005 lets that be posted or not, since it is essentially warez is another matter.
