Not sure how many people played either of the Donkey Konga games on the GameCube/Wii w/ the DK Bongos...but it's a lot of fun. I recently picked up Donkey Konga 2 on my recent trip to GameStop and the wife and I played it for the first time this evening.

I have to be honest when I say I haven't had this much fun playing a video game (esp. w/ my wife) in a long long time. You gotta hand it to Nintendo when it comes to finding new and inovative ways to play games.

I really wish they would've made more games. Perhaps they'll make a new Wii version that retains the same play style.

I should mention though to take off your rings before playing or your hands will be sore after playing...

 

Yep, I have the first game and Bongos. Pretty good fun.
I suck at it, but I can do the Smash Bros theme pretty well.

I was debating getting Jungle Beats too, but I'm not sure.

 

I has two bongos. Yah.

Not as good as Maraccas or guitar, but fun enough. Really shines in 4 player.

 

i have Donkey Konga 1 & 2...and two bongos...and it's really fun but after so much songs, my eyes gets strained fast.

 

i find the bongos really make my hands sore. i've tried both donkey konga and jungle beat and i couldn't get into them because of how sore my hands were. sucks because it's a neat idea.

I might have to track down Samba Amigo for the DC as well. Can't get into the Guitar Hero games though...just not coordinated enough I guess.
