I own an 80's Predaking version and I rarely transform him into combiner for the space.
Anyway, when I've inserted fist into Divebomb, opening his legs in the classic way and using the holes,at the end of transformation, his tight legs had become loose.
Then, after removing the fist,I've tightened the screw by a screwdriver and legs have returned tight.

Is it normal that his legs become loose after just a transformation?Or am I doing an incorrect transformation?

After 20ish years...yep. The screws will loosen slightly.

    OK.

Just one last question:considering toy age, I'm thinking to loosen a little the screw with screwdriver the rare times that I'll insert the fist,so screw and plastic should suffer less during operation.
    Do you agree?

As someone who has repaired and restored a LOT of old G1 bots I gotta say this is a bad idea. This will run the risk of actually making the screw either stripped on either the threads or the head or both to the point where it will be completely useless. This is likely to happen over time anyway but continually doing that will only put more wear on it faster. My recommendation would be to leave the screws lone unless the looseness of the joints in question really start to affect the functionality of the figure (like if it can't stand anymore).
