I just bought a BT-16 Skids on Ebay. But I suspect it may be a knock off, How can I distinguish??
Well, what is it that makes you think it's a knock-off?
A link to the auction would help.
Some comparison pics

Wow, that's scary. I mean, it's one thing to have a loose KO that you have to deal with--but even the packaging was made to match. Even with those little tell-tales, it's still something you could inadvertently buy thinking it was the real deal if you weren't paying attention.
Thanx Napjr, I guess it's authentic. What made me think it might be a knock-off was that the marker lights on the front bumper were totaly clear, not amber like the Skids Ive had for years.
wwowo useful info there i don't collect the Binaltech/alternator style tfs at this time but id not pass one up for a good price
Well I was the only bidder on the auction and got it for $24.99+ shipping (10.00) So I thought it was a great deal!!
For an authentic, that's definitely a good deal. Glad to hear everything is well.
