I am at my wits end trying to take this dude apart with all the pins. Has anyone manage to do this?

You are going to have to leave the pins in place and just paint everything the best you can. This is the biggest thing I hate about the line.

I just use a small screwdriver and a 3 pound weight
and hammer away at the pin

well that works when both side of the pin are exposed. the pins that are in a lot of these "prime" figures have pins that drive in but are only open on one side. So its like impossible to hammer them out or pull them out. If only I had telekinesis

You could always drill a hole on the other end and fill it with filler later. Thats what Im doing on my RID Cliffjumper.

But TFNut, I just used my iron to heat all those little pins and push them out with a punch. Really annoying, but patience is key.
