    Hey Folks,

I'd like to find a stand, maybe the Gundam Action base style, that I can pose Transformers off the ground.

I've seen some that have a clamp arm that hold the figure under the arm, but not sure how sturdy these things are and how much weight they can hold.

Please pass along the name of the product and how it holds up.

    Thanks Everyone!!

Gundam action bases aren't going to work, since they don't use clamps.

Tamashii Stage Act Stands can hold Legends/Cyberverse, Scouts, and some deluxes, but they can only handle so much weight.

The Tamashii stands labelled "mechanics" are a bit better, because the main support arm has strong ratcheted joints at both ends.

The real liability with the Tamashii stands comes from the modular construction points. It's usually not the hinges themselves that give out, but the pegs spinning in place. If you really want them to be stable, it's better to glue them into the lengths/configuration that you desire.

Yeah, I thought this one looked decent. Would love it if someone had pics of their set-up, just to get an idea of weight contraints.

I've used it on CHUG deluxes with no problems. I don't have pics as I'm at work, but can try to snap one later. Displays Scourge just fine in either Robot or Alt mode, ditto for any and all seekers

Im in the process of making some they wont have a ratchet system on them more like what comes with mp seekers. I've already ordered the rod material and bases. I just need to find a suitable clip if all goes as planed they will hold deluuxes and possibly voyagers. After I receive the materials and work the kinks out I am planning on mass production. I should be able to keep them pretty cheap. Ill keep everyone posted if it all works out! Prototype comming soon hopefully by end of month or beginng of sept.

i was impressed with this FlightPose image:

and to help give an idea of what this means to a TF collector:
this is that TIE Fighter with Voyager Lugnut:

    With 3 deluxe Jets:

    and with a MP Screamer:

So that should give you an idea of what figures the FlightPose stands can hold.

i may buy a couple next month to make room on my shelves
