Wow... I suppose it's good the landlord doesn't know that the "junk" you found could recoup some 300-500 bucks.

But if the previous tenant owed him money... I'm guessing he'll just cut his losses... owes more than the TFs are worth after all.

Lucky you... really. Truth be told... I'd be interested in Inferno and Silverstreak if you plan on selling a few... >_>

BTW... Brawn and Beachcomber?? Do you mean their legends? I don't recall any deluxe-scaled versions in recent years...

Yeah. There is the Sandstorm that was redecoed from Beachcomber too, but I'm not sure if that's classics or not.

The previous occupants are out, you are in, the landlord said keep whatever junk is left behind. That score is yours. If it was important to the previous owner, that stash would have been taken with.
    Congrats on the haul!

Contact the previous owner. It would be a scumbag move if you didn't

They could of had hired movers and were forgotten by them

Beachcomber (ROTF) - Transformers Wiki <-- the Dune Runner redeco... while Sandstorm is in the GDO Generations line... I'd say many a folk would not consider either redeco of Dune Runner as CHUG-friendly. Not a bad deco tho.

Take it Brawn is that RotF deluxe too right? It's a neat figure... kinda lacks the movie-verse feel... but definitely isn't a CHUG Brawn. I'd say he'd sit well with a Prime line of toys.

Do you know how long those tennants were even there for? If they skipped out on $1000 they could have been there only a short time and maybe those were from the tennant before them even. If it was me I would just hang on to them for a while just in case someone comes looking for them in a month after they unpacked at their new place or something. Wouldnt hire a dectective to try and track them down or anything. lol.

Whaaaaaaat?! You found a treasure trove. I would be so torn between keeping them, and asking the landlord about the previous owners.

My question is; do you already own any of the Classics, or are these figures totally new for you?

I'm really questioning the morals of posters on here now. It's not "finders keepers", its someone's stuff that didn't get packed

No, it's the legends classic Brawn. And the Sandstorm is the recolored of legends classic Beachcomber. Which is also the Beachcomber involved. No Bayformers here. This was clearly somebody's classics collection. Mine now, it feels safe to say...

Like I said: If they show up to get it, I'll give it to them.

I already have most of them. If I get to keep them, I'm giving the ones I have to my son.

I wouldn't feel good keeping them.. even if they didn't return. I would inform the rightful owner and return it to them. :(

And the right thing would be contacting them.

I agree, although I can empathize with the temptation. From the outside though, the right thing would be to let them know you found them and who knows, maybe if they aren't interested, they'll let you keep `em, guilt free. If not, you still did good.

Sweet. If they don't come looking for them with a sad lil kid in tow then frag it you keep that shit & don't give it a second thought. If I move tomorrow I'm not leaving my TFs in a crawl space. Moved all the time between 6-12 YO never left my toys behind. Obviously the person that left those boxes wasn't to concerned with the toys at all.

Thing is, there isn't a way to contact them. They owe the landlord money. It's not like they left him a contact number.

Indeed, this is not a case of finders keepers.
