This is Slash by elgoodo redone by yours truly and this time I made him into a Targetmaster and his partner is Pterosoar or Soar. It took me 2 to 3 months on dino mode, but 4 days on robot mode. And I apologize that is a little bit light in color for robot mode than dino mode. So please give comments and criticques as usual. Thanks.

I know I've been hanging out in the wrong fanfic forums too much when I completely misread the meaning of the thread title - and click on it anyway.

I really like the designs to both of these! It's obvious that you've thought out a lot of the engineering and such to them. What medium did you use to color these with? Colored pencils? If so, use the medium to your advantage. Each medium has things that another does not. One thing I really enjoy with colored pencils is being able to blend colors together. I'll often times color 2-3 colors on top of each other to get some nice effects.

Keep up the good work, bud :thumb

Yep colored pencils. Mediums..uh never knew what that was, maybe in art in school, but I must've forgot, but thanks. On some of my non-tf drawing I have blend colors together, so thanks SQ7 for pointing that out to me. Somehow leaving some pencil marks add wear or weathering to my pics. So that's why they all look like they been through hell.

Looks quite good, and works well for a G1 themed Dinobot. The names definitely fit the bots. The scythe weapons initially seem more Decepticon-ish, but the more I thought about it, the more it worked for a Dinobot. They're Autobots, but they do tend to be more on the brutish side.

Very nice work here Big E.

I can tell that you really pay attention to what you're doing....and you know what you are drawing when you do it. The Raptors are believed to have used their toes/claws to rip apart their prey/food....and I see you made that big center claw the weapon in bot mode....nice nod to history there.

Very cool work man. I like the little Targetmaster too :thumb

    Thanks.

Thanks, Venksta. It was just an idea that popped into my head because I wanted to break out from that, "weapons on their backs" mode. So I went with the Targetmaster and well you see the results of that idea.
