I plan on remaking the Dinobots but am finding myself between a rock and a hard place. They'll all be painted like their G1 counterparts. And I hope to make it so that they have similar transformations to the original Dinobots.

I'll be using TM Megatron's arms instead of Dinobot's because they're just better.

I thought about using Cybershark's legs. These legs give Grimlock more height and, because they turned into the bottom jaw of Cybershark, they can make a tail like in G1.

I'll be using KO combiner hands for Grimlock and most likely Sludge too. It doesn't really matter which ones they come from.

Snarl is a fucking monstrosity. I don't know why, but I need to make it.

The tail will be from the Universe Saberback repaint. I have the plates in place, but I need to dig the tail out.

Slag, obviously. I always thought that Rhinox's mold would make a good Slag. Even the head is Red like Slag's.

The question is how the hell to make the beast mode look like a triceratops.

The real trouble is Sludge. How in the world would you go about doing that? Seriously, I'm asking.

Swoop will just be a repaint of the TM Terrorsaur mold. I'll most likely just use the Beast Machines "Dinobots" version as a base.

Nice ideas. I especially like the various incarnations of that last guy you have pictured.

Maybe you could come up with a custom Sludge from that BW elephant fig (can't recall the name).

For Sludge, why not start with the long-necked beastie from Magmatron as a base?
