I'm looking to pick up my first Power Rangers figures, some of the Dino Thunder/Abaranger Zords.(Inspired by playing the GC Dino Thunder game)

The Main ones I want to get are the:-
    - Tyranno Zord
    - Tricera Zord
    - Ptera Zord
    - Parasaur Zord
    - Dimetro Zord
    - Cephalo Zord
    - Ankylozord

What I wanted to know was:-
    1. When combined, how articulated is the Megazord?
    2. What kind of Prices do these run for seperately? (first three as a set)
    3. Are there any differences between 'Dino Thunder' and 'Abaranger' versions?
    4. Where are some good online Galleries of these with combined modes aswell?

    Thanks

EDIT: Also, I remember seeing a Green version of the Main Megazord, and a slightly remolded purple and mint version? Info? Pics? Price?

The green version was a limited run recolour, based on the first episode of Abaranger I think.

The purple and mint recolour / remold is a different character altogether - Bakurenou, he appeared in the Abaranger movie. He was released in the US as the Blizzard Force Magazord in slightly different colours - purple was replaced with red - and the pterasaur was included (Bakurenou was only the two dinos, the Ptera wasn't included in that one).
The red looks really nasty, though, so you'll probably be better off seeking out Bakurenou.

I can't speak for Abarenoh VS the Triassic Megazord or any of the other dinos, but typically Bandai USA loses chrome and paint apps when they import a Sentai mecha as a Megazord.

    Abarenoh

    Bakurenoh

I take it that means he'll be a lot more expensive than the regular version.

Is the Abaranger version limited or general release?

Honestly, I've no idea whether it was limited or not.

I've updated my first post with some links to the various galleries over at IRL, which ought to give you an idea of what the Japanese releases are like.

Thanks Sol, They Look fantastic, especially the Abarenoh and Bakurenoh, I'll be on the look out for these for sure.

Also, I've seen the Parasaur-Zord and Ankylo-Zord in a Dino Thunder Zord 2-pack, but were the Cephalo-Zord and Dimetro-Zord released under 'Dino Thunder'?

I know, I used to despise them, but playing the Dino Thunder game, and watching the series on Youtube, plus,
    motorized drill arm/shield arm/saw blade/scissors/spear drill/battering ram FTW!

Dimetrio came with the Dino Stegazord but Cephalo Zord never came to America.

Neither did Brachio zord for that matter.

Damn, double bad news, I have to get Stegazord to get Dimetro, and I cant get Caphalozord whatsoever (JPN prices are outrageous)

I think I'll look for just the bog-standard Thundersaurus Megazord for now, Try and pick up Ankylozord and Parasaurzord some time later.

If you can find all the Dinos, I recomend adding them to your collection.
Dimeo was the last one I needed, and then I managed to find him on Ebay for $40 :D

OMG, you have Max Soldier!!! YOU BASTARD!!

Sadly, I missed out on ALL of the AbaRanger/DinoThunder figures. My friend in Japan is looking around some shops for the vinyls of the 5 rangers without luck. As for the dinos themselves, well, it doesn't look hopeful.

AbaRanger was a fantastic show, and I wished I could own the rangers and stuff, as it is right up wthere with DaiRanger, MagiRanger, and GoGoV as the best Sentai series of all time.

I was hoping to pick this series up too and was half-ass waiting for the prices to drop a little bit. I guess that's not happening.

Yeah, I'm waiting for that TRU exclusive Manticore Megazord to drop in price as I'm not paying $50 for it, but they are being stubborn dicks. I'll pay $30, but not $50. I even said that to the employee, but he said they could not do that, even with 35 of them sitting on the shelf!!!
