Even with a "few grand" I'm not sure one could afford these 4 with the way these auctions are shaping up!

Wow I can't believe they are selling for this much. I remember 4 or 5 years back they could (relatively speaking, of course) be easily found boxed on eBay; even sealed specimens. I bet a set of 4 sealed would fetch quite a penny.

I had two sealed sets, but let one set go a few years ago for $1600!

Kinda wish I had held onto them now. Yeesh!

These are the kind of things that Takara should have put into the reissue line.

I'll sell my testicles off and buy them. Procreating is lame anyway.

Yeah, I've been watching these since they went up... Dairu went from like 400 to $850 in a matter of minutes... unbelievable prices... wonder how I'll ever afford these :(

He's the hardest to get. Not surprised by his price. It's getting harder and harder to get those cassettes now. Also those headmasters too.

Yeah, I'm just getting into the JP G1 stuff, but those couple of figs seem sooo out of reach... It sucks that Dairu is the hardest to get, as I really like him and the bronto much more than the other pair.

Meh, I think there's a lot of better G1 japanese stuff out there which you can get for a cheaper price. Once you get all those, then work on the really really hard ones. That's if you still care. :lol
