But maybe it was a different breed of Agumon like the one from "Savers"? :S I dont remember if the Agumon from "Digimon Adventures" wasnt the same from the movie. I think not. I would have to rewatch both. But in this case the Shoutmon IS the same. Just saying. ^^' EDIT: Oh, oh! I got a good point! At least I think I do. In theory passed a whole year between Xros and Xros .2, right? Remember the final scene in "Digimon Adventures 02" when they all return to the Digital World all grown up and with their kids? The Digimons remained the same. ^^
HI! Finished episode 2. ^^ This is turning to be a mix of different Digimon concepts, I really like that. XD The MetalArresterdramon looks fun and his expression when Shoutmon returned was priceless. XD Never saw an adult Digimon doing that face before. XD So...we got the first Xros digimon back: Shoutmon, Cutemon. Dorulumon, Pickmon, Starmon and Ballistamon. Does this mean we will see the rest too? Like Beelzebumon and Mervamon?
Just so you know I was aware if 5 seasons in Digimon but not 2 more that's all! Why am I getting the feeling that Digimon's getting milked?
This last season is horrible, the main kid is the most annoying kid ever, liek he gets excited and smoke blows out of his nostrils. It's overly cartoony, with way too many characters. Last season was pretty bad too, it was like "lets turn them into mecha that combine and never stop combing!" raaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh.
This looks pretty bad. I haven't kept with Digimon since I was in grade school but...what is up with all the bright primary colors? It's tacky.
What in the...?!?!?! Just when I was about to give up on the series because of Arresterdramon's awful Xroses. Man,I have to watch the next episode!
Say this may be a silly comment but arn't all Agumon the same one - and there is only one ? they just get reset to egg state and grow up again and theres a crap load of dimensional and temporal weirdness involved. but I got the impression it was the same one over an over... (Not sure about dark Greymon though). But true or not it's an interesting thought anyway. Maybe they can finally tie up some of the story loose ends that go all the way back to season 1&2 and maybe later and relate to various abandoned plot points and character situations some addressed some not. I've always found the interleavedness of it all the most interesting thing about Digimon - and I bet you could easily spend a month trying to make sense of it all. The thing they did with season 3 was especially clever too. Shame they gave up translating them. Seems like a waste of potential content for some American cartoon channel to me.
wait, what? All the seasons have been dubbed except for the one airing in Japan right now. And what loose ends? And no not same Agumons at all. That's like saying everyone who has a Golden Lab, has the same Golden Lab.
Wait, what?!?! Tamers are in this too?!?! Wait,wait, who is missing then? Takuya and Davis? O.O If they show up I am gonna die with a smile on my face. XD
