Minor/Repaint: Different approach to TFTM Megatron Leader Repaint AND my first kitbash

    Edit(most of my thread was edited as well as the title(thanks goes to Boardwise for the title change):
    My first Kitbash: Using the same Doc Ock hands as Jin and onesock( i was lucky to find one in a store today), but i made it so it can be removed easily using a plastic stick that sticks(sorry for the rhymes) in between the cannons.

    And here's my Leader Megatron repaint(third repaint ever), using hand brush technique instead than airbrush and spray cans(tremclad's hammered finished was used only for the wings) making it the worst version so far, but i'm still proud of what i made with him.

    Nice, more copper brings our detail, and the hands look spot on

    That Megatron isn't bad at all! When I read " hand brush technique" I kinda expected it to look pretty messy, but that's damn nice if you ask me. I also like the gold accents...not totally movie accurate, but I'm glad you made your own take on him. I think it's a great custom paint job.

    Nice! Seems like all the Megs repaints are much better than the toy colors itself.

    It's only the worst Megatron repaint if I do it. (Which is why I'm just going to wait for a Hasbro repaint instead :lol )

    It's only the worst Megatron repaint if I do it. (Which is why I'm just going to wait for a Hasbro repaint instead :lol )
