So, here is the second figure with textures via Sledgehammer. Megatron, cute yet infinitely evil!! Great job Sledgehammer!

The coolest thing about this type of toy is the number of points of articulation. These things are super posable. And interchangeable.

That was all Sledgehammer. He is really nailing these textures. They look fantastic. Of course, these textures are 2D whereas MP-05's face is 3D molding.

    Thanks guys.

Don't know. He and I are collaborating on these. I am doing the modeling(mostly) and he is doing the 2D work. He has posted stuff that he worked on in the past.

Because most of the time, I'm snowed under with game art/design (I'm the lead artist and co-designer for a mobile game dev) - haven't had time to do any worthwhile modelling since my SD Fort Max for the TFW/F4F comp, which was indeed some time back. Haven't even had time to finish my Classics Astrotrain, which was coming along nicely, too... :(

These little beauties, though, aren't anywhere near as time-consuming - which is good, 'cos I'm really enjoying doing them! :thumb

And to all, thanks very much for the positive feedback! :D

Nice. These use the same body styles as mini-mates correct? And are there plans to produce them?

Well, these are designed on the same base bodies as Palisades PalZ. Basically the same as mini-mates. I pitched to Hasbro last year and they didn't seem that interested in making these. I hope to have a better pitch this year though. I just want them to make them. I'm not looking for some huge paycheck or anything, just trying to get something cool made.

I do have a backup plan too but can't talk about it.
