Did you ever go to such a warehouse and found a vintage MOSC G1 TF-set?

    Regarding to the Ebay.com offers, it seems that there must be in the USA a lot "mysterious" warehouses where you can find such "dead-stock" MOSC MISB/sets!

    Here in my country (Ger**ny) have I never heard or seen anyone who found vintage TF sets in a warehouse. I guess they recycled such unsold plastic items to get new material for the car-industry over the years LOL... :-(

    *edit:
    @the first three posts:
    It's the country in central Europe - where the evil people live;-)

    @firehawc_69:
    Almost:) )

    Btw, can anyone reply also to my topic question:-?

    Good grief, you chaps do have a sense of humour after all :lol

    I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of those "warehouse finds" on eBay are actually people trying to sell KOs.

    Great thread!

    Also, I love how the OP refuses to post an actual reply, instead editing his one and only post ever on TFW with comments aimed at different people. Genius! :bowdown:

    Not against the rules, if anything, it's encouraged. There are a number of posters here who tend to post...nothing really, to increase their post count.

    It sure is unique though. But damn, you posted a second post...bummer. :(

    Dude, one thing you will learn around here is that people love to poke fun at other people. 99.9% of the time it's completely harmless (like now). I mean no harm, just messin' witcha. :D

    Post however you want my friend, just obey the forum rules and you'll be dandy. Speaking of which, I'd better get my ass back on topic!!!

    So, warehouse finds, yes... Imo they can't be as common as so many eBay sellers make out. I would view any auctions making a claim or similar as potentially bogus. You never can tell though...

    It's been suggested that 'War toys' were, or perhaps still are, overall less popular in Europe, be that true or not, the reason why is obvious.

    W/regard to actual warehouse finds of older toys, i have a fairly strong memory that in the 'good old days' , mid to late 90s, people were apparently stumbling across previously unaccounted for G1 toys left right and center.

    Not just in the US, but in Europe as well.

    I think overall 'Warehouse finds' of the really collectible stuff, ie: Pre say 1991, 92 aren't as common as they once were anywhere. Partially becasue those finds have been 'found' and because people are just more aware of the resale market for them.

    Oh yes, it's more than obvious:-( In Germany it is also a kinda strict "censorship" for our dark recent history:-/ But shouldn't have anything to do with the TFs.
    I heard from someone, that in France was a big warehouse find of any Mattel toys from the early 90s. Something like Mighty Max and stuff.
