Cybertron had some really good figs... partiularly
    -Defence Scattorshot
    -Hotshot/Excillion
    -Vector Prime
    -Optimus Prime
    -Primus
    -Metroplex
    -Crosswise/Smokescreen
-and my favourite mold... Bendy Prime!

So yeah, Cybertron had it's fair share of good and bad toys. I'm not a huge fan of the Decepticon toys, although Sideways was pretty cool.

I was a big cybertron collector and I only missed a few of the basics but got the rest. My favorite is the ex-01 tru sonic convoy because I'm a big wingsaber fan and a sucker for crystal convoys or any crystal tf's. I also liked some of the other exclusives like the dark override (don't remember the official name) and tdp soundblaster was also a very nice nod. It also finally brought us a primus to go with unicron.

I don't know quite how I feel about the Cybertron line yet, because it was a mixed bag at times.

On the one hand, it corrected the single biggest fault I had with Energon (my favorite non-G1-derived line), which was the ridiculous proliferation of z0mg-my-head-is-visible-in-vehicle-mode designs. On the other hand, it brought back something I wasn't very fond of during Armada, which was the inclusion of beasts (although, Scourge/FlameConvoy _was_ an early favorite of mine). There's alot more of this back and forth too.

I was suprised that alot of figures weren't repainted, especially those like Evac and CD Scattorshot that I thought were exceptional (and, as far as I can tell, sold out _very_ quickly, to the point that I had an easier time tracking down the older GF versions for customs). My guess is that Hasbro simply ran out of time with regards to the movie push and that's too bad what with the real downgrade in playability it brought.

Of course the show, as usual, failed to make me care about the characters the toys represent.

It's a great line, the first time I had ever bought all of the molds from a single series.

Sacrilege; the Cybertron/Galaxy Force toy line is one of the better ones to come out. This is the line that did produce one the best scout (figure) of all time, Armourhide! There were a few hits and misses granted (Thundercracker, Backstop, DinoShout, Terrashaver), but overall it was a pretty good line.

I sure wouldn't say Cybertron sucked (cartoon or especially toys). Bear in mind that many stores continued to stock the last wave or two of Cybertron toys even while the Classics line was running, so there were bound to be some Cybertron leftovers with the Classics leftovers.

I only have a few figures, but from my small sampling I feel it's great. As much as I like the concept of mini-con power-ups over key power-ups. I like the toy execution of the cyber key power-ups over the mini-con ones.

I will agree with anyone who gave props to Primus, Metroplex, Downshift, and Exceillion. I also really like Scrapmetal, to me his mold is what the cybertronian form of the Insecticons would be like.

It certainly didn't suck. It was the best modern line since G1. It had its fair share of stinkers, but the hits truly were hits.

I loved a lot of the Cybertron figures (Primus, Vector Prime ect) but I didn't really care for the backstory. I pretty much incorporated them into my g1 inspired universe.

IMO, the Cyberton molds were really good...one of the best main lines ever...after G1 of course - G1 had more variety such as combiners, headmasters etc. But if I remembered clearly, the toys sold badly in Japan.

Except for Override, whose bot mode was a total disappointment, I think Cybertron is one of the best toy lines ever.

I only have a few figures from Cybertron/Galaxy Force, but the handful I have are pretty good. The amount of detail on Vector Prime is pretty amazing, and is easily one of my favorite TF's! Primus is amazing piece to own and would recommend him to anybody!
I had zero plans to collect Cybertron, but after picking up the ones I have I will grab some more. The line was a pleasant surprise.

just to put in my two cents, it was a great toyline. even quickmix, which I can still find on shelves, was a great figure.
