I keep forgetting Igor was a thing and I actually kinda liked him.
Yeah sorta like that Barricade. Like another member pointed out Onslaught's movie toy is just a repaint of Energon Barricade

I honestly dont think the following decepticons are dead
.shockwave- he honestly only had his eye ripped out but it can probably be fixed kind of like transformers Prime
.onslaught- he was decapitated but he might still be alive just like Mohawk and Frenzy because in Rotf , Simmons said his head was still radioactive
.Nitro Zeus for the above reasons
.Brawl - he was supposedly killed by bee but he was prbably just knocked out
.Grindor/Blackout-blackout was shot , grindor got his head ripped apart
.Devestator- he was shot and fell apart but we never see him die infact we see longhaul later on
.i believe these guys are alive because there is clear proof that you can get decapitated but still manege to take over other things and convert into them just like Megatron did in AOE

Grindor is dead. Dead dead dead.

If Blackout and Brawl were only injured, the Laurentian Abyss took care of them.

Onslaught is dead as fuck too.

    Zues? He could be alive.

Shockwave is dead too. No doubt.

There's more than one of each Constructicon. Not a sign of Devastator's survival.

Well for the last 3 movies they have been recycling designs from previous movies so your theory might actually work. I wouldn't be suprised if they reused Nitro Zeus as a drone in the background

somehow making him a brighter green only makes him look more like Long Haul. :lol
Also "Onslaught" in this context comes off as a loser trying to inflate his credentials with a badass name and attaching a bunch of weapons to himself that he can't even use.

    Maybe design-wise but personality-wise... nah

Yeah that's pretty much what I was thinking. Maybe those Autobot kill marks on his chest were made up

He was the Decepticon equivalent of the first goomba you encounter in World 1-1.

funny how prime studios is making a statue of him.

like of all the cons why him? barricade (my favorite) or nitro zeus or megs would be so much better of a choise.

Maybe they had a Long Haul prototype laying around and they thought "hey, 2 birds 1 stone maybe we can sell twice the statues and reuse a couple of our previous molds

true but those thing are of no small money.

people would only spend that kind of money on characters they actually SAW for more then 5 sec's in the movie. maybe they thougt that because hasbro isn't making a toy of him people would be faster to buy that statue?

thats a fantastic rendition. just shows ILM is fucking lazy when it comes to the movies. would make a great toy aswell.

but hasbro rather wants to feed the people with the 1000000th bumblebee and optimus toy for the kids..

oh do i miss the ROTF days. movie might suck but the character designs where great.

I wouldn't call ILM lazy for not wanting to make an entirely new character model for someone with a minute of screen time at most..

What if later on we see another Onslaught but the actual one and he encounters drift and crosshairs and they say "we thought we decapitated you?" then Onslaught says " dont you ever compare me to that piece of shit!!! ,Im the real Onslaught!!! Bruiticus Transform!!then Crosshairs and Drift call for Grimlock
That would be so badass , most likely wont happen but i can dream

    That's a nice design

Don't know if I should put this in a seperate thread or not but...
while we're at let me tell you all about my complaints of the design of Onslaught by comparing him to Long Haul:
The reason why I liked the design of Long Haul so much is because the design managed to display a very heavy hitter like impression. Look how they managed to give a lot bulk by attaching those huge tires to his back/shoulders. And not only were his arms very massive, they managed to managed to give him even more bulk by attaching those panels to his forearms which he could use as shields which fit his brutish heavy hitter appearance who would mostly fight in melee combat. And most important off al they managed to make it all be incorporated in his design like they were all part of his body.

    Here's why Onslaught's design didn't work:
Not only was his design a lazy retool but they also managed to strip the Long Haul design of everything that made it look so powerful.

    1) Removing the arm panels:
The Long Haul design did not have particular long or powerful looking arms but adding those panels gave him the righg amount off bulk.

What we got instead were a minigun to his left arm and a claw on his right arm which didn't seem particulary useful and even looked like it limited his movements. In the end the claw didn't work for me or like MrNiceGuy said
    2) Removing the back/shoulder tires
Those tires gave more bulk to Long Haul for the same reason like above.
What we got instead were those tire racks with spikes??? (You know what I'm talking about) on his back. They really stood out and there was too much space in between which made him look like this
    [IMG]
Again it limited his movements even if they were part of his vehicle and they looked like they were slapped on.

    3) Keeping the legs/feet the same
The reason why the legs on Long Haul were massive where to support his massive bulk
    What we got instead
The legs were the still the same but it didn't work on Onslaught because you see the torso region of the Long Haul design is relatively speaking small compared to the rest of his body. To compensate they again added those panel and massive tires to bulk. With Onslaught the legs were still the massive elephant style legs like with Long Haul. So now Onslaught looked ridiculous with oversized legs and feet and his tiny short torso.

So that was my rant on Onslaught design

That was the first thing that came to my mind after some fans spotted him in of the trailers. He really does a weaker Long Haul.
This bugged me more than his screen time was the fact they gave him weapons but we never saw him use them. It was just like how Que had a big sword/rifle on his back but we never saw him use it.
