Did Bee and Barricade originally have to fight?

The fight was exactly the same as Optimus' fight with Sentinel, but Shockwave's cg model replaced Sentinel's to not spoil the movie.

Man it really bugs me to think that actual finished CGI robot screen time was cut from the final product. At least include it on the home release! The other instance that springs to mind is the Bumblebee dance scene from the AOE TV spot.

I doubt that's a scene cut from the movie it's most likely a short CG animation made for the spot! Remember the one from DOTM with Optimus and Shockwave fighting?

As stated above that one at least used recycled cgi from the Optimus/ Sentinel fight. The Bee/ Barricade fight looks entirely new.

Eh, looks like art to me, granted it's different from the usual style of concept art but...

I'd swear I saw a few moves in that commercial that weren't in the movie. I could be wrong, could just be the changed camera angle... the whole thing is actually pretty damn interesting.

This isn't the first time. There was the skids and mudflap commercial, and there was the ad with bumblebee and hound dancing. It's amazing to think such expensive (As they say) CGI would be wasted.

Idk the mud flap and skids was cheap. I think mean effects like buildings falling apart and stuff.

Yes. I did the VR four times and can vouch for this. Its also a screen cap from it used for promotion online.

In the Sonic Commercial Some Of The Fight Resembles Optimus Prime VS Galvatron from Age Of Extinction. Bumblebee's technique of holding Barricade's gun and Bumblebee pulling out a sword without a sword is Optimus' Movements.
