I always liked the idea of the motorcycle sisters from the ROTF movie, just not the actual toys. Arcee's arm and hand are wierd, Chromia has a bigger cannon arm than Megatron. But, did the instructions ever come out for them combinging? Hasbro said they might be in the last Elita-1 figure, then it was supposed to be online. Did that ever come out?

To my best knowledge, Hasbro has never released instructions to combine them. It is supposed to be possible though, although there is no official way to do it. They did respond to an inquiry by one of our board members, if I'm not mistaken, with a series of pictures showing how the connecting ports were conceptualized in the prototype stage of the toys, but we could not really make head or tail of them.

they sent a pic to someone on this forum asking them before. But I suggest you forget the whole combining ordeal. The picture will scar you forever.

The picture just showed how the combining connection would've worked. But didnt show how the combined bot would've looked like.

They combine well in a microwave or small fire pit.

Nope. They went the cheap route and didn't make a new mold for Elita-1. Thus, removing the idea of combining.

It was more of a test for the kind of connector that they used, rather than a combination into a cohesive robot.

This mode isn't terrible.... That said, I'm glad I held back on buying these. I just figured they'd release a set of all three, probably repaints, in a sort of combiner set (with instructions).

They scrapped the idea when they didn't combine in the movie, but people just can't seem to let go of the idea.

Funny how this whole Arcee deal turned out like Universe Galvatron. Everyone tries to figure out the "secret mode" only to find out the idea was scrapped mid production...

    Like that's hard...

I like it, especially when I haven't got the slightest idea as to what it is/what it was meant to be. :lol

I don't understand remarks like this. How can you cancel the idea of toys combining together? I mean either you designed them to combine from the very beginning, or you didn't, right? The people in this thread seem to act like it's a feature that they were going to add later, like shiny rims for a new 'vette. Or do you mean that they ARE designed to go together, but there are pieces missing that they have decided not to make available?
