    TF Licensed Product
    Hi

My name is Lee, I am the drummer from the band NRG that performed "Instruments Of Destruction" on the 1987 Original Animated Transformers: The Movie

I am contacting TF Fans & Collectors to give them an opportunity to invest in the ownership of their own TF related shelf ready product with licensing contract negotiated & in hand ready to sign.

If you are interested or know anyone interested please contact me...Give us a listen, we (NRG) are submitted 3 song for the 2014 - TF4 movie release

Transformers - Instruments of Destruction - YouTube

    Peace!
    Lee

Is this legit? I have my doubts simply because there's no personal info, no link to an NRG Website, Nothing.

Sure looks fake. The grammar (or lack of it) in the "we (NRG) are submitted 3 song for the 2014 - TF4 movie release" part kind of gives it away. Scam emails almost always tend to have those mistakes, but I can't see someone who is truly looking for support making stupid mistakes like that, unless he was drunk or failed basic elementary school English class or something.

This seems like a scam. But you should reply with interest so we can learn more about what it is, so that maybe you can report them to the proper authorities. For the love of all that is holy do not give them any money though.

Don't do it, especially if his first name is Patrick.

If it was real, I'm sure the link would be to their video, and not a fan made one.
