Oh wow... I'm all over that Ultra Magnus and the Galvatron... Can't wait to see actual shots! The concepts look great!

 

So, these are exclusives to that site? I want them, but I can just imagine the shipping for them.

I'm really liking the Jetfire and Magnus busts. Ricochet's cool, too, and I like how Unicron is the base for Galvatron. But, I won't be getting these, though. Price a little too rich for me.

 

Probably cause they're so damn sexy...

 

man that ricochet bust is perdy, if botcon, diamond select, and hasbro and takaratomy continue this, I COULD BUILT A SHRINE TO RICOCHET'S HONOR, which would proudly stand next to a bw buzzsaw shrine if these companies also crank out the poor wasp that NEED TO BE ON ONE CARTOON

No, BBTS carries them, but I don't see pre-orders there yet for these ones.

I have to say, these thing are very nice, but it get pricey fast if you want to get a few of these.

Easy to see these are far more detailed than the Hard Hero ones. Well, IMO, anyways.

 

I'm all over the Galvatron one... but i'd prefer it in cartoon colors. And I wish these Diamond busts were slightly bigger. I just got the Reformat Megatron one and the old Hard Hero Megatron bust dwarfs it.

Why has Ricochet become such an integral and important enough part of the G1 unvierse to get more merchandise? Not that I mind, but AFAIK he hasn't appeared in any media except some japanese manga, and then we got the reissues some 5 years ago...

 

Wow I'm overwhelmed by the interest in these guys. Usually you see an astounding ho-hum over busts, mainly cuz they don't transform or move for that matter. I was gonna say "what's the deal with all this Ricochet stuff we've been getting lately" but I feel like people are really diggin them based on this thread. I mean I personally love jazz and the repaints as ricochet are pretty nicely colored but I never thought fans liked a non-g1-tv show character so much. Either way I won't be buying these guys at all. The closest I'll come to buying a non-transforming transformer are the Revoltech figs that look so damn good that it's been hard to resist

 

I'd wager on the Magnus and Galvatron busts being straight repaints.

Jetfire might be a slight remold, as it looks like the "regular" version merely has him holding his helmet.

Ricochet looks like an entirely new mold however.

 

I wholeheartedly agree, I've never seen a bust that I actually wanted before this one. And it's not that expensive either at £28 so I think I'll have one when it comes out.

 

Oh, I know BBTS carries these statues, I have a bunch of the preordered over there. But these specific ones say "Exclusive" in their description, making me think they're exclusives to that site.  

Oh, and the prices for these have always been the same since I've been paying attention to them. Around the $50 range. Not unless I missed a few earlier ones.
