So I'm weak, and bought the single disc verison of ROTF yesterday (I'm trying to import the Wal-Mart US exclusive set...), and I noticed something, on the back of the sleave, it states at the bottom that "Dialogue changed from the theatrical version". First I thought they removed some potty mouthing robot words, yeah... no. Interesting to note, [according to my 4 ticket stubs] the theatrical release in Canada was rated PG-13, where the DVD release was rated PG.

IIRC the twins had some overlapping dialogue when they were bickering or something, and they separated it so it could be better understood. Or something like that.

This is the only change I noticed. the "this is combat man, what's wrong with you?" line has had a pause added, with the other twin now saying he has brain freeze during the pause.

Really? My DVD says PG-13 on it.

Did the Canadian DVD get a PG re-edit?

They go through the trouble of changing that, but they couldn't change the Devastator subtitle in TF1 to Brawl?

    What you said.

Anyway, I did notice that a lot of the dialogue was more audible and understandable. Y'know, not that it's robot Shakespear or anything but it did make it more enjoyable.

[Michael Bay] Changing the subtitle implies that it's incorrect in the first place.[/Michael Bay]
