Someone offered me the dia atlas c-888 for 160. I believe this is a knock off but i kind of want it anyways but have no idea of the value. What is it worth? Does anyone have an idea of the quality, going rate, etc? How much for the original? Any tips, info, suggestions, opinions, etc. Are welcome. Thanks

If it has the bat symbol, don't bother. No bat symbol, sounds like a decent deal.

The original is definitely over $500 (one on ebay sold for a grand)

Supposedly quality wise its decent, but thats going on talking/reading from others here.

I almost bit on a few of them here or there in the last 2 yrs, they were more around the $100ish mark however.

The one with the Autobot logos isn't necessarily any better.

    Think twice.

It's a bit steep. I'd not pay over $100 for the good one, without the bat logos.

getting an original will be pretty difficult and not to mention expensive. IMHO, like Sol mentioned, not more than $100 would be a decent price.

Sold a couple of these (Unused & Used in MIB complete condition) between USD $500-$850 so you gauge.

    Original, not KO. :)

Plastic is 'okish', Micromaster is total crap, normally the electronics don't work and the fit/quality control is horrible.
    160$ is too much.
For more info use the search, in the toy section are more threads with the same topic.
