First off, want to throw a huge applause for Ptitvite. Without this Devastator, this one wouldn't exist. He's raised the bar for customs..and for inspiration, with me and (i'm sure) lots of you out there. This Custom is my interpretation of his Devastator.

In the next few days, please check out my website for MANY more pics (jumbo-sized) and even wallpapers and other fun stuff.

Here are links to the specific thread for each Constructicon:

    Scavenger

    Scrapper

    Hook

    Long Haul

    Mixmaster

    Bonecrusher

So, after 3+ months in the making, Devastator stands an amazing 16ΒΌ" tall. He's got articulation as follows:
-Head is on a ball joint
    -waist slightly rotates
    -shoulders move in and out
-arms have 360 rotation front/back ways
    -elbows
    -forearms rotate in and out
-all fingers (minus thumbs) have 3 points each
-up leg/hip moves outwards, back, forward
    -knees
    -lower legs rotate outward/inwards
-feet pivot on ankle (mixmaster only)

Without further adieu, I present to you guys:
    DEVASTATOR!

    Very nice.

But I gotta ask, why no head modding?

Do his eyes and arm cannon really light up? Well done otherwise, I really like Primus' Arms.

I figured the head question would come. I actually really liked this head, and thought it fit the rest of my custom, I do however, have somethings...up my sleeve - you'll see them later this week.

the eyes do light up. there's a LED in his head with a switch on the back. the led pops out and there's actually another one that is red and flashes.

Looks awesome, the only things I personal don't like is the chest plate.
It looks like it's lacking some color, other then that hell of a job F_R.

Wow . . . this is nice man :thumb

The only thing that I just don't like is the blue eyes (instead of red). Also, the head doesn't scream "Devastator" to me (it feels a bit like Autobot Starscream to me). Those are two minor grievances to an otherwise custom that flat out pwns. I'm really glad to see this piece to the level it's at. The anticipation paid off. I love how the robot looks as a whole. I mentioned "gestalt" in another one of your threads and this custom truly captures that. GREAT job man *applauds*

The very best Devastator custom I've ever seen, hands down. Any mods you decide to make in the future can only raise the bar that much higher. Awesome work.

very nice, f_r, very nice. :)  he came together quite well. He does look a little "friendly" with those blue eyes though hehehe. I'd say you did Ptitvite a pretty darned nice service with this one, it stands very very well with his.
