here is the first of the six constructicons that have recieved a new paint job.

    I present to you. LONGHAUL.

I changed my mind and will be painting the constructicons in a more real world color for construction equipment (and very dirty, beat up and rusty). the extra pieces for the articulated Devastator are a cybertronic smelting facility for the fabrication of materials to further the decepticon cause.

Hope you enjoy it and I look for to reading your comments.

Thanks for the inspireation from all of the radicons that articulated or made their own Devastator which I refer to as "The Devi club".

    looks good.

though it seems like you went a bit overboard on the muck inside the carrier part.

Seems logical that the dirtiest part of a dump truck might just be the place where... all the... dirt... goes.

oh i understand the reason for it, its just really distracting in bot mode.

But since dirty is certainly what he was going for, this is aces as far as i'm concerned.

I really like this! The idea for the "kibble" parts is excellent! I think the weathering and mud is a great idea as well and you've executed it nicely. My only advice would be to photo reference these vehicles (if you haven't already). I think you'd be surprised the impact it would have on your work. Also, I'd like to see you articulate the smaller robots. I'm really interested to see where you go with this. Keep up the good work :thumb

    Thanks man.

The pics do help out alot.

As for articulation, I would like to do it but I don't have enough minicons to sacrifice. I would like also to hear from Pitivite and the Devastator on how they articulated their smaller figures so I don't screw it up.
