Wow... I'm even in love with the fact the legs don't match. I mean how often do all the construction vehicles on a job site match :)

That's awesome art but Devastator would never look like that in the movie.

The little pieces of cabling and intertwined machinery that make up his thighs and guts are really wicked. Amazing work!

Considering his right arm is already in the movie I guess we might see Ol' Devs. Hehe.

Aside from the fact that he definitely does NOT fit in with the movie style, awesome job.

    wow thats really nice o_O

but it just occured to me they avoided the old school blocky styles for the movie because laymen tend to associate it with sentai robots n stuff :(

Really cool stuff, especially materials-wise. I'd have a nitpick about the thighs though, the wheels kinda come out of nowhere...

That is really an awesome rendition of G1 Devastator. But as Bobby_C pointed out, those wheels really just come out of nowhere.

Exactly. If it was a movie concept, it would need pieces of scrap metal sticking out everywhere, 4 or 6 eyes on a head that's in the center of the body and barely visible unless seen close-up, it would probably be hunched over with some sort of insect legs, would have 4 fingered claws instead of 5 fingered hands, would have a mouth with hundreds of teeth... if it had a mouth at all, would have lots of see-through parts to give it that streamline skeletal look, and maybe an extra set of legs & arms for good measure. All colored rusty orange.

And no, that's not meant to be as facetious as it sounds.

Okay Im not trying to bash, but to fit in the movie aspect, he might come to earth as a single robot. and then because he is to big change into seperate aliasas or. personalities.

Nice idea, poor execution. For one thing, the different bodyparts are too intact. Where is the torso, hands, and thighs coming from? If Devestator ever does come to the movie world, the different interconnecting bots would fracture out into "kibble" to form the different body parts of the greater robot. You would still recognize aspects of the individuals, but nothing would magically appear (like the big purple chest).
