Yeah, they don't. They're seen as the lowest rung in the inmate society, but it's not like you're going to be killed within minutes of going to prison. Really, if you're a prisoner, your life is bad enough, and you don't want to add murder charges and an additional 25 or so years to your sentence. If anything, you're going to try to figure out a way to get out sooner, either by being "the good guy", or plotting escape or something.

Interestingly, most Lambos have a 2-stage release where pulling said handle "pops" the doors open a small amount, then giving them a push allows the gas shocks to "help" them open the rest of the way(kinda like a hatch lid on hatchbacks).

Those low seats mean the floor pan sits lower than the door sills. Ever ride in an old Honda CRX or the like?

As mentioned above, he wasn't driving a Chevy Cavalier. It was a rented Lambourghini. Those, like my car, don't come with a "Park" option considering they have six-speed manuals.

They both need some serious therapy or more of this is guaranteed to happen. Brown has serious anger management issues. The bitting of the ear is a classic example of uncontrolled rage. And Rihanna has some self esteem issues for staying in this abusive relationship.
