Is there something really wrong with Megatron rule?

First Starscream then Airchnid against Megatron.

And now Knockout seems to have a jealousy thing going against Soundwave who IMO is a higher ranking officer.

Do you guys think this will further develope?

Do to the lack of unity on the Decepticons side, are they proned to fail?

    What do you guys think?

starscream and airachnid were both treacherous in the first place, they would've attempted to take control the first chance they got.

soundwave is indeed a higher rank, he was one of megs very first supporters, and is shown to be one of the very few competent decepticons. I'm surprised he isnt the commander.

knockout is jealous, he desires power and praise but has nothing worthwhile to earn or deserve either.

unfortunately, the decepticons are always prone to fail for the sake of the storyline :/

Megatron isn't capable of having relationships, and he, mostly, attracts individialists of the same line. Not a reason to have a well- organized teams, but they can team up, if it is required.
No, they fail, because they don't kill their Autobots contestants, when they can. And the Decepticons provide the autobots with the opportunities to play back as many times, as the Bots need.

There was mentioned the "minimalism", and it is true for every Decepticon: they do very few stuff to achieve their purposes.
