Perhaps he is going to look at design concepts for the new show?!?!?!?!? [/crazed fan]
I wonder if he will do sketches of not-yet-drawn Animated characters for $$. I'd gladly hand him $25 for 5 minutes of his time spent drawing his take on Animated Sunstreaker or Sideswipe.
Brilliant! If this year's AA's half as good as 2009, it'll be superb.
TF@TM: You really spoil us, LD display, now Derrick Wyatt, what next, Ferroro Rocher?
Didn't go last year, but oh dear god, I'm sure as hell going this year.
Awesome job guys, I'm sure he'll pull a lot of new people in.
Awesome. Just one question : Who is Derrick Wyatt?
Awesome, I'm there! (well, it was always a backup in the event my BotCon plans fall through, which they sadly have)
I might go this year...
In the Transformers world Derrick Wyatt was the art director and lead character designer on Transformers Animated as well as being a long time fan of the brand.
Next year we take a break and continue to pay off this years event lol.
As I posted on our own sites its a great honour for us to be able to get Derrick over to the UK as not only are we both fans of the Transformers Animated series, but its also our way to say a big big "thank you" to everyone that has visited Transformers At The Moon over the last decade years, as well as those who have visited TransformersAnimated.com over the best part of the last three years.
Lets hope so. Derrick seems to be really looking forward to coming over the UK so hopefully he will receive a fantastic reception from everyone. It'll also be nice to have a guest as AA that isn't a voice actor or someone that worked on the comics series, and gives everyone the chance to speak to Derrick first hand.
This news makes me want to vomit...in a good way
Sweet! Hopefully I should be there!
Derrick Wyatt! Holy molies! We're getting in great guests this year!
Only question for me now is: can i afford to stay the whole weekend?
I will brave Birmingham for this. If it's in Birmingham ¬_¬;
It is. It's at the Holiday Inn around the corner from Hell on Eart... I mean, New Street station. The hotel's a good place to stay too, last year we only ventureed outside when we needed to get food as it's insanely expensive in the hotel and there's a lot of bars/restaurants 5 mins walk away. It was an awesome weekend, well recommended.
Botcon and AA are going to be so good this year. Can't wait, but wonder where I'll find the money.
dont forgett the RETURN OF DANCING BUMBLEBEE !!!!!!!!!!!! This will be amazing...
Everyone going back to that Chinese place?
Note to self: Be wary of letting you in my room, and the bathroom is off-limits!
Only if we don't get that cold table right in front of the door, with the thing on the wall that squealed whenever anyone walked past.
