Yeah i was thinking the same thing as soon as i saw them, its the tash and the overalls that give it away, i was looking forward to huffer but im not liking this one, well he looks ok apart from overalls and tash, is the really big autobot grandus? i dont know anything about him but just by the name i always thought he was a decepticon, but grandus does look well designed and i recon he is legit

Actually Flip-sides and Tap-Out are not. The TFCC club magazine shows that the accurate color schemes will be Kiss-Play Rosanna (most people didnt catch the different color change there) and a yellow version of that Tap-Out mold which some people are calling Hubcap but with the marked lack of an orange face I am more inclined to call him Bumper. 8)

 

Is it me or does Huffer & Pipes remind you of Mario & Luigi. With that being said they will be in an episode fixing Ultra Magnus or at least the plumbing.

 

Ahhh, but he has this head crest which resembles Hubcap's. At least it looks like that from the pictures I saw of the character.

My picks of a great bunch: Huffer & Pipes (mamma mia!), Botanica (always nice to see Beast Machines acknowledgement), the Rodimus alt mode (can't wait for the toy now...) and animation-model purple Shockwave (I suspect he might show up in these colours for real eventually). Still, my sentimental favourite here has to be Slapper, given that he's the first (and at this rate only) Animated nod to Robots in Disguise, which makes me happy; shame Gas Skunk and Dark Scream aren't with him, though.

Oh, and as for Animated Personality Vangelus: I want a toy, so I can kitbash him as one of Omega Spreem's tiny womens. It's what he would want.  

 

I think most of 'em got at least a bit of truth behind.

Such as the cassetes being redecos of real cameos, Slapper being a retool of Spittor etc.

. Not that that precludes them from appearing, of course... hmmn... I'm going to sssaaaay... the real ones are... Sky Garry, Grandus.... mmmaybe Flip-Sides... and Zaur? Rodimus vehicle mode is certainly "real", too, but whether or not it will appear... I would love for Botanica to be real, but she hardly fits well in the Animated universe.

Gotta say, while Huffer-and-Pipes-as-Mario-and-Luigi made me laugh at first, as a joke, on reflection, I'm not really digging it as something "real".

I noticed in the "Five Servos of Doom"... I spotted Dai Atlas's head alongside Sky Garry and some others... can't make out who else though. Sad really.

 

Whether they appear or not, I love that picture! Grandus looks just as lardy as his (rather cack) G1 toy. good stuff!

 

Vangelus MUST be in it, i would laugh till i turned purple, then have to explain to my grandma why ive gone and changed color-(shes a huge fan of Vangelus lol)

maybe THATS why Shockwave is purple! the presence of Vangelus is too funny for him!

Well, Slapper deffinately looks fake, as does flipsides, purple Shockwave and the Laserbeak repaint who's name I forget. the dino cassette could be fake. The green BB guy is iffy.

I hope Botanica is real. I hope and pray. Vangelus is real. (I'm not kidding, he could show up as a background human or something in the show) Huffer and Pipes just have to be real. They just gotta. Grandus... again, iffy. Skygarry could be real. Rodimus' vehicle mode seems legit.

one point though...Rodimus Prime....that kinda confirmas that the Rodimus we've seen already is on Rodimus and not a prime yet...although he could be by the end of the series.

I really hope he does these more often
